RETURN POLICY

For a smooth return process, please make sure that all apparel is in its original condition, with tags still attached, and has not been worn. To start the return process, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page. From here you can request a return. Additionally, kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Due to the nature of customized items and sales items these are non-refundable.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Upon placing an order, please allow 5-7 business days for your items to ship. This period allows us to carefully handle each order, ensuring that your products are in optimal condition before they head to your doorstep. If the processing time extends 7 days, we will reach out with updates on your order.
